Conditions That Cause Fatigue Anemia
This medical condition is characterized by pallor, fatigue, rapid heartbeat, and sometimes even abdominal pain in the upper left quadrant. If a person has anemia, their number of red blood cells (called hemoglobin) is too low.
If the hemoglobin level gets too low, it can lead to severe fatigue and other problems. For men, hemoglobin levels are below 13.5 grams per 100ml and for women, hemoglobin below 12.0 grams per 100ml is too low.
Other Vitamin Deficiencies
Besides low iron, if you run out of vitamins D3 or B12, you can feel severely tired and even anxious, which can cause you to lose sleep – making you even more tired all day.
Even though you can buy D3 and B12 (with folate) to solve this problem, it is always best to have a blood test to rule out anything serious before starting treatment.
